Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to personal data we process, Datics aims to handle that data lawfully, fairly and transparently. We process personal information only where there is a valid basis, such as responding to a request, performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation, obtaining consent or pursuing legitimate business interests.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing or a portable copy of data you have provided. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

International processing and safeguards
Datics is based in India and may use service providers that process information in other countries. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards and contractual protections when personal data is transferred internationally.
How to make a request
Email helpdesk@datics.in with the subject “GDPR Request” and explain what you need. We may ask for information to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason we cannot fully comply with a request.
